• have high organizational skills and experience in project management (min. 1 year), • have knowledge of sales processes, especially in customer journey area, • have well-developed strategic, organizational and decision-making skills, • have experience and knowledge of the digital and omnichannel environment, • are passionate about providing services and support to managers, co-workers and organization in order to improve business, • are customer-oriented and have knowledge what is the impact on the customer when acting and propose solutions, • have good understanding of data science, analytics and their wide-ranging application in business context, • are experienced in resolving problems, and creating a win-win outcome, • are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English.
• lead and drive the Customer Service Centre Transformation Agenda, • set up, follow up and deliver agreed projects, • actively cooperate with all key stakeholders in country and global organization, • develop the offer approach in a multi-channel way by applying an end-to-end understanding of the consumer journey across channels, • co-operate with team members in other and own unit to accomplish common goals, • be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, • be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA, • apply understanding of the goals, business priorities to follow through on commitments and achieve results in line with the IKEA vision and values.
